Hi there, I’m Julia, your Pregnancy and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and Owner of ChepkoFit. I am a mother of two and health and movement have been my lifelong passion. From pushing myself in school sports to competing in ballroom dance and to educate myself in several areas of fitness. I’ve taught ballroom and latin dances, worked on posture improvement, and led baby and mum exercise classes before taking a break due to the pandemic. I have engaged in a different profession and I had my second child born in 2023. Now, after my maternity leave, I’m excited to be back, focusing solely on fitness and offering exercise classes for mums once again.
I love seeing the progress my clients make, session after session. I’ve successfully assisted mums in reducing abdominal separation, a key focus alongside promoting pelvic floor health and rebuilding strength post-childbirth. My classes create a calm and relaxed atmosphere, encouraging both mums and babies to engage comfortably.

With a background in dance, an MSc in Sport Science, and certifications as a personal trainer, I bring a holistic approach to my classes. My level 3 pre- and postnatal qualification ensures specialised care for mums. From assessing postural alignment to drawing on my sports science knowledge, I tailor workouts to be effective, enjoyable, and in harmony with your body.
