How soon after childbirth can I start these exercises?
Generally speaking you can start to do gentle postnatal recovery exercises the soonest 6 weeks after vaginal birth or 12 weeks after a C-section. I do require you to speak to your GP at your 6 weeks check or 12 weeks after C-section to get a medical confirmation that you are fit to exercise.

What to bring with us to the class?
You can bring a water bottle, a towel for yourself, maybe a change of clothes in case you sweat as easily as myself . For your baby you can bring any soft toys, comforters that they like, any essentials you take with you for an ordinary going out.

Do I need any special equipment for the classes?
You don't need anything special, I provide the yoga mat for all my participants, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer that way.

Is there a limit to the number of participants in each class?
Each course has a limit of 8 participants at maximum.

Are virtual classes available, and how do they work?
I don't offer virtual classes at the moment.

Can I pay by class?
The courses are due to be payed in full before the course begins for either the full Term or for Flexi options. If there are available spaces left on the first class, you can pay £10 for that which can be discounted from the full price if you decide to continue.​

How can I book and pay for classes?
Before your first booking make sure to fill out our Postnatal PARQ. To book a class please click here. Fill out the booking form and select your preferred payment method. All classes must be payed in advance through the online booking system linked above. We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We don't accept any payment in person.

What if I miss a class of the group exercise course – is there a makeup policy or refund for missed sessions?
Due to the nature of the course being held only once a week at one location, I don't offer any makeup sessions. Refunds are available for all remaining classes of the course provided that the cancellation happens within 14 days of purchase and remaining classes are beginning more than 48hrs after cancellation.

Is there a trial class available before committing to a full package?
There is no free trial class at the moment. You can book the first class of a course for £8 and if you decide to continue I will discount the £8 from the price of your course. Send me a message for this option.

Can I bring an older child to the class with me?
You can bring an older child to the class when you can't organise childcare for them. The child must be able to be peaceful around the babies.

Are the classes suitable for all fitness levels?
Yes, the classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

How long is each class?
Each class is 60 min long.

How often should I attend classes for the best results?
For best results you should attend all classes and do certain exercises at least 2 more times a week.

I have twins. How can I participate?
If you come to the class with twins, you are welcome to bring one more adult free of charge to take care of the child who is not an active part of the class. I offer a 50% family discount for a second adult if they would join in the class with the twin sibling.
