1. Cancellation Policy:
A. Baby Mum Fun Time
- The entire course can be rescheduled for the next start date if notified 48hrs before the first class.
- Individual classes can be cancelled, but no catch-ups are offered due to the once-a-week occurrences.
- No discounts are offered for the next course due to missed classes.
- Refunds are available for all remaining classes of the course provided that the cancellation happens within 14 days of purchase and remaining classes are beginning more than 48hrs after cancellation. For refund request contact me on classes@chepkofit.com.
B. 1 to 1 Postnatal Exercise
- Scheduled appointments can be rescheduled free of charge until 48hrs prior to scheduled class.
- No refund is offered when the participant cancels the class within 48hrs prior to scheduled appointment.
- Refunds for 1 to 1 sessions are available in the event of serious injury or family emergency, with the condition that notification is provided a minimum of 48 hrs before the scheduled start time of the pre-booked session. For refund request contact me on classes@chepkofit.com.

2. Payment Terms:
- Payments are to be made online via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
- Payments are due upon booking.
- No late payment charges.
3. Participant Responsibilities:
- Fill out and sign the Physical Readiness Questionnaire before sign-up.
- Wear appropriate clothing to allow easy movement of all joints.
- Inform the instructor of any health conditions relevant to exercises.
- Promptly inform the instructor of any discomfort or pain during exercises.
- Arrive on time and ensure the baby's well-being.
- Participant is responsible for providing a suitable and safe space for the 1 to 1 Postnatal Exercise sessions.
4. Liability Limits:
- The instructor is responsible for the well-being of the participants.
- Any injury caused by the instructor or equipment provided by them is their liability.
- Participants are responsible for their equipment and their baby's well-being.
5. Intellectual Property:
- The design of the logo and the webpage do all belong to the owner, Julia Chepko.
6. Privacy Policy:
- Participant data is handled with care and used only for class-related purposes.
- Opt-in or out of a mailing list for future classes, events, marketing, or discounts.
- Photographs may be taken during classes with prior permission for use on social media, emails, or the website's gallery.
7. Dispute Resolution:
- All disputes handled privately.
- In-person disputes require a written summary emailed within 48 hours.
8. Class Modifications or Cancellations by ChepkoFit:
- Any class modifications communicated at least 5 days in advance.
- Unforeseen class cancellations for Baby Mum Fun Time result in:
- A. 1hr exercise video link sent within 3 days.
- B. Refund proportional to the full price and number of cancelled classes if a video is not feasible.
- Unforeseen class cancellations for 1 to 1 Postnatal Exercise result in:
- A. Rescheduled session.
- B. Refund of the full amount if no suitable time can be agreed to reschedule the session.
