Are you looking for fun and effective exercise classes to gain back the control over your new mum body? I'm here to help you.

I offer a full body postnatal recovery class to help you get back to feel comfortable in your new magical body after having given birth to your baby. While you get your exercise done, your baby will have some fun bonding time with you.

Why do my baby and mum classes?

As magical as pregnancy and childbirth can be this period of our life does definitely require a lot of changes of our body. We go through major hormonal changes which effect much more than what's visible. At Chepkofit we are working on all of the following aspects of the postnatal body:

Pelvic floor strength and flexibility

Effective breathing

Abdominal separation

Core strength

Postnatal posture

Upper body strength

Lower body strength

Joints stability and protection

"Absolutely loved the class! Julia is a great teacher and very patient, the whole class is very relaxed and fun. It's a fantastic way to exercise while interacting with your baby, it's really made a difference to my fitness in just 8 weeks, would definitely recommend it to anyone ..."

Mission

My mission is to help more and more mums feel happy in their body. I aim to educate mums about safe exercise options postnatally, promote self love and finding fun in the sometimes exhausting time we spend with our little ones.

Vision

My vision is that all mums should have the tools to keep them healthy and happy. I believe that proper physical activity is the key for this and I wish to reach most mums living in my area to equip them for the physical challenges of motherhood.
